Delivery
We offer free delivery with orders over HK$600 to Hong Kong Island and HK$800 to Kowloon, New Territories, Discovery Bay and Park Island. (Free Delivery excluded Pet Items)
A surcharge on corresponding vessel costs apply to outlying Islands. The quotation of the shipping will be given if the minimum amount is not met plus outlying islands surcharge condition. *For walk-ups, please contact us to arrange a meetup point/ HK$60 surcharge for each level.
Delivery Coverage
Local - We deliver to all areas of the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. For outlying islands, a surcharge applies and products will be delivered to the pier. Please contact us to arrange delivery alternatives where possible.
China and other countries (outside of Hong Kong) - We do arrange Fedex courier delivery or airmail subject to charges on destination. Please call our shop at +852 2819-6299 to arrange quotation PRIOR to sending in payment and request on the website. We will not be responsible for the courier charges, local taxes and customs duties & clearings where applicable.
Return Policy
Products returned for replacement or exchange is applicable to product defects or shipping error. No return or exchange for any goods with packaging that have been opened or used.
Food items should be in new, unopened condition with original labels and packaging materials intact.
Returned item(s) can be exchanged for all products from our catalogue up to the same value as the returned item(s) within 3 days of the day of original purchase accompanied by original GreenGourmet receipt.
No returns will be accepted for discounted and promotional items.
Products are non-refundable after sale. No refunds on shipping and handling charges.
In case of any disputes, GreenGourmet reserves the right to make the final decision.
